A certified athletic trainer is available for all home varsity sporting events at Great Bay Community College.

Requirements for student athletes to participate in varsity athletics:

• Proof of health insurance
• A completed medical history form
• A completed medical clearance form (including baseline concussion test)
• A sports physical within six months of the starting date for your sport
