All classes will be held in the Student Success Center Gymnasium.

FREE of charge for all GBCC students, faculty and staff.

Thursdays from 12-1pm- Yoga

(Beginning Thursday, February 2nd)

Come detox the body, relieve stress, and gain strength with an energizing yoga flow. This practice focuses on continuous movement and breathing. Suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat or use one of the mats provided. This class is taught by Erika, one of GBCC's own!
